When Strategy is accepted in the S&P500 index it will be easier to get higher stock valuation and have easier acces to cheap debt for the long term.

Pros:

• Less likely you need to move to another house
• Increased potential for home customization.

Cons:

• Higher long-term cost compared to renting and investing the difference in Bitcoin.
• Decreased flexibility to move due to high transaction costs and potential delays in selling.

Conclusion

If you look only at the numbers renting is better but when you want to live a long time at the same place buying is better if you could finance it. If you buy it is a cost not an investment!

People who expect this will do a lot different things but one thing is common that will invest in scarcer assets than GOVERNMENT MONEY. This will magnify the impact on devaluing the money. Some governments will trying to defend against the flight to scarcer assets. With taxes on speculation, investments and ... . One of the only things that can defend against a government going roque is having Bitcoin in self custody. Bitcoin will defend your purchasing power in the long term.

Bitcoin saving and spending is a POSITIVE SUM GAME, everybody can gain a better future from it.

TRADING perpetuals and futures is without the house(exchange) a ZERO SUM GAME, if you win the other side loses. You play against players with algorithmic trading and players with insider knowledge. If you play this games long enough and you will be on losing side, same as going to a casino.

You could buy more even at this all time high. Be mentally prepared for the bitcoin rollercoaster ride up and down. Falling prices of 70% is in the normal range of bitcoin history.

Have a timeframe of at least 4-5years. Just earn/buy bitcoin systematic every week/month. Stay on course!
